Muscle And Skin Discoloration (Bruise)

Muscle discoloration or muscle bruise is an injury or damage to the soft tissue (muscle fibers, connective tissue, even to blood vessels and nerves).  The most commonly involved muscle is in the lower extremities or any skinny area in the body. Rating 3 (severe/deep):  A severe or deep muscle contusion is very painful and is always accompanied by swelling.
